The Challenge

Diversified Integrated Sports Clinic (DISC) is a leading integrative healthcare provider founded in 2014. Specializing in rehabilitation, performance and longevity medicine, DISC operates clinics across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Kuwait, servicing a regional patient base across multiple disciplines including physiotherapy, chiropractic, orthopedic surgery and corporate wellness.

DISC's clinical reputation was strong. Its digital footprint was not keeping pace. Across its GCC locations, the clinic faced a set of critical gaps that were costing patient enquiries at every stage of the funnel.

These were not minor gaps. In GCC healthcare, patients research extensively before they make any bookings. A clinic without strong local search presence, credible visual assets and a functional website loses patients before the first interaction.

  • Google Business Profiles across branches were incomplete, inconsistent or unoptimized, limiting local search visibility in all three markets

DSRPT audited and rebuilt the Kuwait Google Business Profile from the ground up, optimizing every ranking-relevant element: business categories, service listings, tags, photo library and review response strategy. DSRPT then produced a professional 360-degree Virtual Tour of the Kuwait location, embedded directly into the profile — allowing patients to experience the facility digitally before committing to a booking.

GCC-Wide GBP Rollout

Following the Kuwait results, GBP optimization was expanded across all DISC branches in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Each location was treated as its own local search entity with distinct targeting priorities. Multi-location management requires more than duplication — each branch serves a different area, patient demographic and competitive landscape, and DSRPT applied a location-specific approach while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Website Build

DSRPT delivered a complete website build for DISC at disc-me.com, replacing an outdated digital presence with a modern, multi-location site. The build included dedicated location pages for each branch structured for SEO, full-service architecture covering all of DISC's specialties, blog infrastructure for ongoing content and a mobile-first, performance-optimized build suited to the GCC's predominantly mobile-browsing patient base.

Google Ads for UAE Branches

With local search foundations in place and a new SEO-friendly website, DSRPT launched Google Ads campaigns for the Dubai and Abu Dhabi branches, targeting patients actively searching for DISC's core service categories. Service-segmented campaigns with location-specific ad sets, copy aligned to DISC's integrative positioning and full conversion tracking to measure appointment-intent actions were all built and managed from launch.
